1. First, whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks

2. Add in the granulated sweetener to the mixture 

3. Dissolve the gelatin in the almond milk (use a microwave to warm it up) 

4. Combine the gelatin mix with the egg whites until well combined

It is so useful and easy to make with a few simple ingredients that are easy to get hold of and the fluffy, cakey texture is perfect for making desserts such as trifle and parfait desserts - especially tiramisu, as it absorbs the rum/espresso mixture so well! 


Ingredients (makes a batch of 5 pieces) 

🤍 2 medium egg whites 

🤍 1 tbsp greek yoghurt

🤍 Small pinch of baking powder

1. Preheat the oven

1. Pre heat the oven to about 90c

2. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks

3. Next, add in the sweetener, cocoa powder and baking powder

4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and form some oreo sized meringue cookie shapes

5. Bake them at about 90c for around 30-40 mins
